Senior Pastor Steven A. Cross is a native of Dallas, Texas. He was born May 4th to the greatest, loving-caring & precious mother Frances Cross-Sims. His father, Michael Sims, who is his role model, friend and motivator, whom he lost in October of 2005 to cancer, continues to be an inspiration on his life. Pastor Cross spent most of his life in Dallas, TX and was called to the ministry at the age of 18 and started preaching at 21 years old.
God is using the ministry of Pastor Steven Cross; this dynamic & high energy communicator is armed with a life changing word for the 21st century generation. Steven Cross is spreading this real and relevant message by teaching and preaching a life-altering message that encourages people to become winners in this life. Steven Cross is now working on his 1st book “Living, Single, Saved & Satisfied!” That is going to propel the message to all, that you can be single and still live a Godly life.
For years, Steven Cross served as a faithful member, Armor bearer & Son at the Gospel Tabernacle church in Dallas, TX under one of the most profound leaders & Pastors of this generation, Bishop David E. Martin. Pastor Cross was later called to Youth Pastor for Bethlehem Word Church in Dallas, TX under Bishop Kenneth Mack Sr. Pastor Cross’ dynamic & prophetic preaching help ignite a “fire” in the youth church of Bethlehem Word Church. In 2003 Steven Cross relocated to Atlanta, GA where he served as Youth Pastor for The New Tabernacle of Hope C.O.G.I.C under Bishop Michael D. Wilson where S.W.A.T youth exploded and grew over the course of him being there.
Pastor Cross, being chosen & selected by God, now serves as Senior Pastor of Nu Birth Christian Center in Cedar Hill, Texas, which he founded on September 2, 2007 where he now has 140 plus members and is growing rapidly. On May 29, 2009 – Pastor Cross was then ordained into the Fellowship of Rhema under the presiding prelate – Bishop David E. Martin of Gospel Tabernacle Church, Dallas, Texas.
Pastor Steven Cross has become a much sought after national preacher and secular motivational speaker; he has traveled across this country conducting and preaching various youth conferences, revivals & seminars. Pastor Cross has great success in motivating people to improve their lives spiritually, educationally and socially.
